On Tuesday, 14 May 2024, Ama Mary Eseli Injinoo Campus hosted parents, families, and children from the community for Under 8s' Day. The theme across Queensland for this year’s Under 8s' Day is ‘connecting to culture through play’, aiming to highlight and promote the universal right of every child to play and to
celebrate the diverse play traditions and experiences across different cultures.
The children had so much fun enjoying a variety of activities such as face painting, ‘fishing’ for local fish types, building their own crawly-critters, hand painting, and so much more!
